There were two edits to the shape for the City of Bowie.
1. From the Bowie City Council Resolution R-5-15. The City of Bowie annexed Parcel 316 (PG Tax Map 37), Bowie Veterinary Properites, LLC, 6700 Laurel Bowie Road, Bowie, MD 20715. Annexation letter recieved on January 13, 2015
2. From the Bowie City Council Resolution R-66-15. The City of Bowie annexed Parcels 2, 133, 87, 91 and 96 (PG Tax Map 46), TLBT, LLC, 13401 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20720. Annexation letter recieved on September 15, 2015.
The one-, half-, and quarter-mile buffers for the municipalities were updated to to reflect the recent annexations by the City of Bowie.

The boudnary for Mount Rainier was amended to include portions of Queens Chapel Road (MD 500) and Chillum Road (MD 500) by the City of Mount Rainier. The annexation was approved by the City of Mount Rainier in Annexation Resolution 1-2001 and was effective as of January 17, 2002.

Cheverly: Parcel 112, Liber 36876, Folio 86 (6301 Kilmer Street) was annexed into the Town of Cheverly in the resolution CAR-1-2017 effective on August 27, 2017. The 1/4, 1/2, and 1 mile municipal buffers were also updated for the Town of Cheverly.
Laurel: Two parcels were added via annexation. The addresses for the annexed properties are 7041 Contee Road and 7051 Contee Road and are described in the City of Laurel First 2017 Annexation, Annexation Plan, and Charter Resolution No. 171 effective September 12, 2017. The 1/4, 1/2, and 1 mile municipal buffers were also updated for the City of Laurel.
A repair geometry was run on a local copy of all features and used to replace all existing features in the master SDE copy.

These shared boundary adjustments were minor and do not result in substantial differences in acreage or affected parcels.
